Description

KMG Chile owns 6000 hectares of TAMREAS COPPERFIELDS in Copiapo and Valpraiso regions of Chile. The deposits are traditional copper and iron deposits. These are in the vicinity of major producers and sea port. KMG is developing the project as world class Gold and Copper mines which has tremendous demand forecast continuing for decades.

KMG flagship project “ALICAHUE” is over 2000 hectares with a existing mining operation which was working for Copper extraction till 2022. It already has a 180 meter tunnel inside and 6 locate tunnels which are going to be joined. In addition there are 6 more hills which are being explored and developed for Gold , Copper with Molybdenum.  Recent and past studies are promising for Gold and Copper deposits with a proven history of extraction and sales of Copper ore average 2-3 percent to the smelters locally.

KMG Chile is expecting to start full scale development of the existing tunnels, excavation of newly found pits  and development of ramps for reinstatement of copper ore extraction. In addition a detailed exploration including LiDAR surveys, has been embarked to be started in April 25. KMG plans to make this project into a fully JORC complaint resource.
